Website (Re-) Launch: FranklinShelter.org

The Campaign to Keep Franklin Shelter Open is now the Campaign to Reopen Franklin Shelter, and has a new website to go with its new mission.

The original campaign website was based on my proprietary content management system, which I have since retired. The new website is based on, of course, Drupal.
